I really got great value for my money at this hotel, as the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The location was fantastic, just a quick ride to Disneyland, and the staff treated us with kindness and efficiency.
Morning meal could benefit from more variety on the menu.

We had an amazing stay at the brighton. the location was super convenient, with various eateries and a mall within walking distance. the complimentary shuttle service to disney parks was a highlight for us. our room was spacious and clean, allowing ample space for our luggage. the staff were friendly and eager to help, even accommodating our limited japanese by communicating in english. the views from our room were lovely, giving us a glimpse of the bay and the nearby attractions.
Nothing, all great! 😊.

I was pleasantly surprised by the Baggage Delivery Service that allowed my bags to be transferred from the Home Delivery Service Counter right at JR Maihama Station, making my travel experience even smoother. I indulged in a culinary delight at the Teppanyaki restaurant—savoring the freshly deep-fried tempura, which showcased the delicious taste of fresh seafood and combined beautifully with my other senses.
I didn’t find anything wrong with this hotel at all. I'm actually using this space to continue how much I loved this hotel.

The location was super convenient, right by the train station and just a quick shuttle ride to Disneyland! I loved the view from my room, with stunning sunrise and glimpses of the Disney parks. the staff were really friendly and accommodating, making check-in a breeze, and I appreciated that they offered to help me with my Japanese!
My Christmas stay wasn't entirely smooth. I found it frustrating that there was no room service number or drinking water provided – really basic stuff! Plus, check-in took longer than expected, and I had to wait even after arriving on time. it left me feeling pretty disappointed. 🤷♂️.

I recently stayed for a week while visiting family from abroad and was thoroughly impressed. The spacious room on the 20th floor offered stunning views, and the bathroom was a good surprise. The friendly staff, from check-in to housekeeping, went above and beyond, providing thoughtful amenities for my child. Conveniently located near shops, a train station, and the bus stop for the airport limousine, it made our travels so much easier. The free shuttle to Disneyland was an added bonus!
I strongly recommend this hotel.

Family-friendly gem for lovely trips
We really loved the spacious rooms, perfect for our family. After long days at the parks, coming back to a room where everyone had space to breathe-it's essential. The staff even did their best to accommodate our limited Japanese.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but worth every penny.

Great stay for Disney fans!
We had such a nice time here! The shuttle to Disneyland was super convenient, and our room was spacious enough for us and our big bags. It's close to a train station, so even when it poured outside, getting around was easy. The bar had a fine view, though the appetizers were a letdown.
